Cordcutting and the UFC. Advice?

It occurred to me that the only thing I ever watch through my TV subscription is the UFC on Fox/Fox Sports. I would love to cut the cord, so to speak, but I don't want to lose the UFC!

I live in NYC and have TimeWarner internet. Does anyone have advice for the cheapest legal way to watch the Fox and Fox Sports events without a cable subscription? The ability to DVR or otherwise watch fights soon after the fact is also imprtant.
