About SHIVA, should i MAX?

I have enough materials to Max 2 DS, was thinking about Sasha and askr... But since i dont gonna Max thetys in the future, should i Max shiva Today?

And, starting now, u guys think i Will have enough time to farm materials in time for Max askr?
