Packet Loss Troubleshooting

Hey Guys,

I'm wondering if you can provide some insight here. I'm checking out the logs on our PFsense here at work and seeing some periodic pocketless and higher than average ping on our WAN interface. Is this normal? We haven't seem to have any major issues during these times, though we do periodically have problems which is why I was in here in the first place.

Also there are some logs for "apinger" that are throwing alarms: Aug 29 13:24:54 apinger: alarm canceled: Charter(xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) *** Charterloss *** Aug 29 13:23:13 apinger: ALARM: Charter(xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) *** Charterloss ***

There are a ton of these each day for each of our 2 WAN links.
