Looking for a good starter setup from my brother and it's been a long time since I've needed beginner stuff.

I'm thinking a decent tank with coils he could find in a b&m if needed and he wants a mod that can be charged so he doesn't have to get a separate charger yet.

I don't think he'll get into rebuiding or dripping but maybe a tank that comes with coils and a rebuildable deck so I can build him something nice. For the mod 50'ish watts should be enough to get him started, I was thinking of getting him something like the Istick tc60w that I got to play with temp control since it's small and has a charger but I got that a while back and I'm sure there could be something better. He said under $60 and I figure I can get him going for that if I order from fasttech and maybe give him one of my batteries if need be.
