DPS Tactician?

So I'm not very good at this build thing but I was just playing around with an idea in my head. I see a lot of posts about sentry hybrid builds that aim for high skill power. Doing so generally requires two electronic gear pieces.

Whereas a Tactician can max out all skills with only 26k skill power. So theoretically, if one was to dump all tactician gear (assuming god roll gs268) to firearms they could achieve about 5000 firearms, 2000 stamina with mods, and about 26k skill power by rolling skill power on mask and backpack.

Packing smart cover and booster shot would supplement the toughness and the damage quite nicely due to hitting the skill caps.

Obviously not viable in the dark zone but do you think it could be viable in the pve?

TA is the most abundant gearset that I seem to receive..
