Settling the Kingdom Beyond the Wall

Let's suppose that the White Walkers have wiped out all Wildling resistance.

Next, let's suppose that the Stark of Winterfell declares the War for the Dawn, and wins.

Would it be feasible for a sub-mod to be made in which winning the War for the Dawn in these circumstances would give you all lands formerly held by the White Walkers, with the ability to "Colonize" them?

If the northerners suddenly have vast new tracts of land under their control, with the Wildlings all wiped out, should it not be possible to culture-convert the formerly Wildling provinces and integrate them into the North?

Thoughts, anyone?

Edit: Or, simply have all lands formerly owned by the White Walkers be turned into ruins after the War for the Dawn is won.
