Fun 100-150 cc bikes

My life situation is changing a bit, so I'm downsizing from an already small 700, to something more in the 100-150 range.

I'm in the US, I've got a full M license, I'm an experienced rider, but I'm going to hang up the hat for a while and it's not practical for me to keep the current bike. Don't care either way about shifting or carbs.

I'd like to just swap it for a simple 'mess around in the neighborhood' type bike. Obvious contender is the Grom, but r/scooters is fucking dead, and I never see small bikes talked about on r/motorcycles.

Anyone suggest any 100-150cc bikes?

Budget is probably 3-3.5, about what I'll get in trade for my bike.

Intended use is really just hopping around 1-5 miles in the neighborhood, taking the occasional trip to the grocery store or somewhere to eat, and driving the 1 mile to the train every day (I could walk/bicycle, but it's slow enough to irritate me, and I just want to keep some cycling in my daily life).

I'm not opposed to a scooter or a traditional bike. Honestly I just want something fun.
