Best Halloween event for NYC?

Hey guys, as the title says I'm curious as to what will be the best event to go to for NYC. I'm over on the west coast so I'm not that familiar with the promoters of your area. But, I do have a friend that is close to ya'll and is interested in going to their first rave.
