Dell PowerEdge R410 - PERC H200 Upgrade

I just picked up a PowerEdge R410 off of Craigslist. I'd like to upgrade it to a PERC H200 but also use a PCIe card in it. The R410 uses a different form factor of storage card than the R710 that I also have.

It seems to be the proper size, but has anyone here used that in an R410? I suppose it is only $40, but I'd rather not buy it if someone here knows it won't work.
