$1200 Gaming/Streaming/Editing rig

I'd like to play games such as Overwatch, Witcher, World of Warcraft (CPU intensive). I'd like to be able to stream without taking too much a performance hit. I also do minor graphic editing and routinely do audio editing while having a bunch of applications running.

No, however it seems like my home tends to get dusty easily.
