ME2 Kasumi DLC crashing on PC

My game keeps crashing after finishing Kasumi's DLC in ME2. The crash usually occurs after the cutscene where Kasumi opens Keiji's graybox. I've already tried reinstalling both the game and all the DLC and the crash still occurs. Does anyone have a remedy for this? Thanks

Also forgot, I have the game through Origin and I have Windows 10 if that makes a difference.
