My friend was on Witcher 1 on PC earlier, his account on xbox now tells me this. See here. Where is xbox live pulling this information from? I can't find any cases of this online or at least anyone talking about it.

Does it have something to do with the xbox app on PC? I saw Major Nelson on Ages of Empires once so it's same sort of case there.
