New modem and now I have no ping & 100% packet loss.

Questions about my new Netgear AC01750 modem/router combo. I've played 5 FIFA games since I've gotten the new hardware. My set up is -PS4 is direct connected to the combo & so is my CPU. I've played 5 matches since the Netgear and lag/issues have been slim to none. While it's a very small sample size, the game SEEMS to play a little better and I'm happy with it for the most part. However.....

1. Since I connected the Netgear, I've been selected as the visiting team just about every time . Before the Netgear, I was the home team 99% of the time – it was rare that I was selected as the visiting team.

2. Before the Netgear, I would check whatsmyip.net to see my ping rate on the PS4. It was consistently 50-60 with 0% Packet Loss. Now AFTER the Netgear, I go to whatsmyip.net (still on the PS4) and now it says "lost" (as if there was no ping at all) and 100% Packet Loss. Do I have to adjust any settings within the PS4?

3. Lastly, and this really doesn't have much to do with the new gear - is why is my ping rate different on the PS4 than my CPU? Ping on the CPU was consistently 10-16 and like I mention above, PS4 was 50-60.
