Surefire way to carry games as mercy?

Like she was nerfed until out of competitive games, replaced by zen and lucio. But that's competitive so different story. Now i can't compete with other as mercy, and in fact entirely reliant on others to make something happen. But that's Just me bein a non main support. Wat do main do with their support?
