OP3 camera extremely blurry, won't focus

I've recently "upgraded" from the OP2 to the OP3, and have noticed the camera quality is absolute garbage. I put the OP2 and OP3 side-to-side, and the OP2 shows an extremely clear, crisp image (like literally any other device will) whereas the OP3 will be extremely blurry, autofocus for a second where the quality is perfect, and then go back to being terrible. I don't know if I messed up a setting or anything, but considering how damn large the physical camera is, I'm surprised that it's actually lower quality than a device from before smartphones. What steps can I take to try and resolve this?
