Ryder Cup Uniforms

Has everyone seen the US uniforms for the Ryder Cup by Ralph Lauren. My question is do you like them? Also what happens when people are under contract for a different company? Does the company not care or how does that work? I assume they will wear the uniform, but maybe each company make their own shirt with logo?
