Will I be able to keep my Windows installation after I change my motherboard?

So, tomorrow I'll put in a new motherboard, CPU and RAM. I'm switching from an Asus P8H67 to an MSI Z170-A. Will I be able to keep my existing Windows 7 installation? If not what should I expect when I turn on my PC for the first time after the 'surgery'?
