GoPro Hero 4 case without mount on bottom?

I've searched a good bit and have haven't found anything ready made except for 3D printing something. Since I don't have access to a 3D printer does anyone know of a minimal case that will provide some basic protection to the camera body and lens but without the mount point on the bottom? It would be flat all the way across the bottom so you could stand it on a table or flat service.

The purpose is to have the camera protected when carrying it in a pocket or bag and don't need to mount it to anything. Like having a compact pocket camera.
