BUG report - Chaos Crest

I have the Easter Voodoo doll, and 5 Chaos Crests. On World 1, the first orb dropping boss showed me gaining +1 Orbs, when it should have shown +6.

Either the display is incorrect, or the Chaos Crests aren't functioning correctly.

On a somewhat later boss it showed +6, and I verified I got 6 orbs. But that +6 Orb drop should have been +11 or +12. So the Chaos Crest doesn't work consistently, at least not on World 1.
