Hatching Regional Specific Pokemon

Has anyone hatched any of the regional specific Pokemon? Like Farfetch'd, Mr. Mime, etc. I keep reading different things about if it's possible to hatch them from eggs or not and I'm getting close to only needing those guys to fill my Pokedex. Thanks!
