What do people think about Conspiracy Exotic Orchard?

So currently Conspiracy Exotic Orchards are under $1 and other printings seem to be holding at $3, maybe $4 dollars. We know four color Commander decks are coming this fall. Easy pickup to hit $2 or $3 in a 4 months when people want cheap upgrades for their commander precons? Or is there a big risk of it being in every one of said precons?
