[QUESTION] Regarding the prolactin/dopamine connection and (male) orgasm

I would like to know if any males were prescribed Cabergoline or any other dopamine agonist in response to a diagnosis of Ejaculatory Anhedonia? It is my humble (non scientific) opinion that prolactin holds the keys to this disorder I can cite one specific study where men were given a dopamine agonist such as caber in one arm and a dopamine antagonist/agonist in another arm and the results were impressive in that Refractory periods were significanly reduced in the Cabergoline arm leading to multiple male orgasms and/or desire to ejaculate shortly after here I cite: https://www.google.ca/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=2&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahUKEwiijOfr4efOAhXMOBQKHcUNCnYQFggoMAE&url=http%3A%2F%2Fjoe.endocrinology-journals.org%2Fcontent%2F179%2F3%2F357.full.pdf&usg=AFQjCNHqc_rVWKo6aPFUSCi0CpsgHk90fA&sig2=6z7IRQ99RxuqzFIVPu1JRQ
