Wanting to get back into WoW, account is from BC, any luck?

Hi, I played back in vanilla and BC, and stopped playing when WotLK came out, due to me being a teenager and not having any more $$$. I don't remember the e-mail that I used, or the password for said account. I had a lvl 70 gnome warlock on the Turalyon (if it still exists) server, and a few other ~lvl 40 toons.

How much of a chance do I have with support if I do not have my old boxes, and if it is slim, what can I do to boost my chances?
