Any touch screen only Analyzers? If so, do you like them?

I am trying to locate an example of a lab analyzer that is run by touchscreen only (no keyboard and mouse). Do you have any examples of ones you use? Do you like it or run into problems. If not, would you foresee having issues if you did not have a keyboard and mouse for things like manual sample programming or parameters, etc.?
