[Question]Tweak to allow screen rotation while videos are playing

Anyone know of a tweak that allows for rotation while playing video? I normally always have rotation lock off, and would really like something like this when I watch videos.

I've already tried older tweaks like AutoRotateVideos but that doesn't seem to work on iOS 9.3.3.
