Recommendations For a Budget .223 Bolt Target Rifle

Hi all! I'm in the market for a new bolt action rifle in .223 Rem, and I need some opinions a recommendations. I'm trying to stay in the sub $600 price range, and I most likely will not be doing any hunting with this gun. I don't mind a heavy gun as long as it's going to be a performer. I've narrowed my choices down to a couple rifles:

-Remington 700 ADL (I'm scared off by the 1:12 twist rate since it limits bullet selection)

-Mossberg MVP Varmint bench rest configuration

-Weatherby Vanguard

-Tikka T3 lite (scared by the lightweight profile barrel for a target rifle)
