About the Yasuo changes today in PBE 8/29

I feel like riot really fixed what they should've fixed. For those who don't know basically is base attack speed got nerfed and his A.S per level got buffed, attacks now have a tiny bit more delay

Attack delay to -0.067 from -0.05 ~

The Q tooltip now mentions that CC will cancel this ability out so no more "omg yasuo bugs" about that will be posted here
And last and what I feel like its the best change aimed towards tank Yasuo is the ult change:

Last Breath (R) - secondary effect of increased bonus armor pen now only applies to Yasuo's critical strikes rather than all attacks.

This is actually genious. Yasuos that go Offensive ALWAYS build crit so this will probably kill Yasuos dominance with the free armor pen.
Sure its a slight "nerf" to his early where he doesn't have access to 100% crit yet, so I guess instead of going Shiv/PD into the dmg components of IE, we go the cloak and BF!
I think Riot did a really good change with this one.

To clarify, "attack delay" is part of the calculation for attack speed not something separate that was also changed. His base attack speed was also buffed while the per level was nerfed. I think Riot did a really good change with this one.
