Leveling Ranger - Help

I always play witch or templar and next league I want to go trapper and KB Deadeye. I've been "practicing" leveling as a fresh toon with no uniques,etc for when essence league starts and the trapper I can easily get through but having a hard time as a ranger once I hit Act 3 cruel.

Whats the typical skill gem progression for a bow style ranger ?

LA-GMP-WED-Added Lightning ? BR - WED - Conc Effect - ????

Just looking to get to Merc Lake farming then I'll use passive respecs to go KB.
