Interested in becoming a baker or pastry chef, but I'm in a wheelchair. Pipe dream?

I love, love, love to bake. Always have. And after having been unemployed for 3 months (I just graduated college) I've been practicing a lot and have gotten kinda good, and really improved my decorating skills. I've also gotten good at gluten free baking, since my mom can't eat anything with gluten. More and more I've been thinking I'd love to be a baker or pastry chef.

I do use a wheelchair, but I have full range of motion. However, given that being in a wheelchair often puts you at a lower level than most kitchen surfaces and a wheelchair might be hazardous in a pro kitchen I'm wondering: is this all just an impossible / highly unlikely dream?
