What should I be doing to prep for RoI?

So I've been playing since the beta and typically I stop playing a month or so before a new dlc drops. However this time I've decided to keep playing but I have nothing to do since I have 3 335 characters, my exotic class items, and all of the god roll weapons I'm interested in getting.

What should I be doing to get a leg up when RoI drops? Collecting engrams to decode, farming motes and/or strange coins? Where should I focus my efforts?
