Flip 32 won't bind without USB

I am using a FLIP32 AIO Flight Controller Pro v1.03 Manual and I cannot get it to arm when it is not connected to the computer. There are dip switches on the bottom to switch from usb to flight mode, however i cannot get any combos to work. I couldn't get any help in the questions thread.
