Help! I messed up. Bought a zojirushi and didn't check condition

I bought a used zojirushi bbcc-x20 without knowing anything about bread machines because I wanted to try one. It was $20 l so I'm not too upset

The machine powers on and looms operational but the paddles are missing and the pan is scraped up. Is this worth salvaging? A pan looks like it'll set me back $60 and paddles would be another $20.

Is there a cheaper option? I'm not sure that I'll be that into using it to spend $80 extra
