League of Legends takes back the first position in play rate in PC Bangs in Korea

First of all, here is the chart as of today. Sorry, I cannot access the chart section but the first, as you can see from the thumbnail, is LoL and the second is Overwatch. As some of you guys might know previously, Overwatch took over LoL's reign as the most played game for 204 weeks straight.

Now there has been few minor controversies why this might have gone down.

Well, apparently people started to get annoyed by elementary school kids playing Hanzos in games and being disrespectful to others in PC Bangs. People started calling police to have to taken care of since they are underaged to play the game anyway (Rated for over 15 years old). Here is a QnA article of 6th grader complaining about being caught playing overwatch and police coming to get him. (it's in Korean- I cannot manage to translate rightnow, but if someone else does it for all of us, that would be great. :D)

Edit 1 (addition): Here are few other examples: PC Bang prohibiting Elementary kids, and a guy actually reporting one I'll try to translate few of them if I get time.

All of the pictures, by the way, are just gathered around internet so.. I actually forgot to link them to original posters. If you guys need them, I can certainly link them.
