I just got an e-mail thanking me for starting my subscription to netflix. I didn't sign up, and the account details look weird to me. [US]

I just got an e-mail from an account I never use thanking me for signing up for netflix. This is an account made in order to play the Japanese version of Pokemon Shuffle before it was released on mobile in the US, and I have never used it for anything since.

The person whose name was on the account was 'Jerry Garcia' and the last 4 digits of the card in the e-mail don't belong to me or my boyfriend. I have no idea why I recieved this e-mail, but it's somewhat concerning to me.

What should I do?
