Stuck in game with bugged survivor? what do?

So as the title says I'm currently in a game I ate 2 of the survivors other one shit himself and dc'd now the other one is stuck in like a crouch motion. I can't hit, chainsaw, or pickup. I'm one pip away from ranking up I don't wanna leave! Is there anything I can do? do I lose a ton of pips if I leave or what happens?
