Has anyone actually unlocked nightmare mode (Raw Data)?

I beat the first level on hard no problem, since you can't lose. I just lost on the last phase of level 2. I can beat that one if I'm a little smarter, but I can't imagine 4 and 5 on hard alone. Has anyone actually done it?

Edit: Honestly, if you get two people together that can beat level 4 on hard alone, no difficulty is going to be hard enough haha.
