How hard is it to afford the Bonds with gold? For a new player

Ive returned to RS after 8 years and am deciding to level from scratch.. I noticed Bonds are like 11 million or something, so my question is, how hard is that to acquire for somebody with an account just a few days/weeks old? Should they focus on a particular skill e.g. Fishing?

Im guessing there is some skill I could farm thatd generate lots of gold despite being a newer account, but im out of touch. *To be clear.. id pay for first month of membership if needed, then farm for Bonds after that.
