Scum or not scum

So if you can tell people are super high level or high ranked, i.e. self heal, sprint boost, etc etc. Is it frowned upon to hook camp.

Usually, i do not hook camp, but when its so bad that nothing can work, its the only way to get the daily i need in.

I just had a game as killer(rank 17, with 1 perk[deerhunter thing]) against 2 rank 1's and then a 20 and 19 both with 3 perks.

Hook camping was the only way for me to get something.

Please fix the matchmaking, those games are almost better to quit out
