[Discussion] Need help with my midi interface.

I picked up the M-Track 2X2M, and while it is really nice, I noticed after a while windows has locked my rate at 44.1. No matter what, it reverts back to that setting, even after changing it to higher rates in the advanced section of properties for sound.

I can set it on whatever, and when I reopen the settings it's back to 44.1. I am just trying to get to 48, and I did it once, but now I cannot. The control panel won't let me switch either, and I'm assuming it's because it is locked / keeps reverting back to 44.1.

Anyone have a similar problem? I'm not sure the kind of interface matters, so if anyone has solved it I would love to know how.

Edit: Whenever I try to change default format on windows , it says the device is being used by another application.
