GRLevel3 Not Displaying Radar Data?

I've been using a Licensed Copy of GRLevel3 to monitor severe weather, but I've noticed in the past week or so that my app is suddenly not pulling/displaying Radar Data. I can see severe weather alerts, but no longer am receiving radar images as I used to.

The application is still attempting to perform periodic refreshes, but even after leaving it running for several minutes I see a whole lot of nothing on the radar, even right now when there's a torrential downpour happening outside.

I've tried two different Central Texas polling locations (KEWX San Antonio and KGRK Central Texas) but neither are populating data (see screenshot)

Is anyone else experiencing this? I love GRLevel3 and it's a pricey application to suddenly lose without warning.
