Can anyone please suggest the cheapest gaming desktop for my basic needs?

I am a poor college student who is not well versed in computers. I play csgo, dota, and shattered skies sometimes. I need a desktop that can play these better than my laptop (which runs shattered skies at 20fps). Can anyone please point me to the cheapest gaming desktop that would be perfect for my needs? Thanks.

Edit: Woah sorry guys just got off work. Honestly my budget it <$400. I know that's pretty cheap looking for a gaming rig, but simply cannot afford more.
