How do you lane against Vlad as a mage?

Just laned against the new Vlad for my first time as Orianna. He just mindlessly runs at you pressing all the buttons every time his skills are up without any thought or effort required. He's tanky and doesn't take much damage and any damage he does take he just heals back. He's manaless so he can just keep doing it as long as he wants. If you don't go corruption pot or pick up 3x health pots on every back then you are presented with the options of give up half your farm or just get shoved out of lane constantly.
