The Pakistani government recently made a decision to construct a military base in the contested Kashmir region between themselves, the SAU, and China. The Chinese government recommended that before instituting such constructions, a meeting be held to soothe tensions over the area.

Masterful Chinese diplomat Han Zainar and his associates will meet with Pakistani, Indian, and Turkmen teams in Beijing to hopefully find a peaceful accord for the Kashmir region.

We welcome Pakistan to make their reasoning for the base known first.
