[Tag Indy 500] Would you fix it?

I have a 10 year old Tag Indy 500 where the lum fell off the minute hand, slipped behind the date, and jammed up the watch. Plus the battery is dead and it has been sitting in a drawer for probably 3 years. I got a quote to fix it for $430 which includes complete quartz overhaul, new minute hands, and polishing the case and bracelet. I'm on he fence about spending the money, would you bother fixing it? I included a pic of the watch an ad.
