Oubliette - Mean time to death?

It seems putting a troublesome and imprisoned count of mine into the oubliette won't give me an opinion hit with my vassals like an execution or banishment would. How long will the oubliette take before the ol' Grim Reap' visits my count buddy?

I want his title, and I'm next in line.
