Best apartment block in Brisbane?

Hey everyone I'm looking for a new flat in a month. We want a Unit as we like to interact with our neighbours and perhaps make friends outside of work (we're bar managers) ... also we need a pool in summer because we're Scottish and can't handle the heat. Just wondering if anyone lives in a complex that is quite active socially? Living in KOKO in west end which is lovely but as it is the end of our lease would be nice to explore other options.
