Missing items

I have a bunch of worn items in my system, but they aren't accessible by gnomes. My forges are automatically trying to "smelt worn items", but those items are not accessible.

They won't show up in my trade screens, but they still appear in a custom tracked stock. Not sure what to do. I can load it into the "another gnomoria editor", but there are no options to remove items.
