Help me find the best Halloween party theme!

We have a huge Halloween party every year; last year the theme was "Villains" and people showed up as everything from Syndrome (the incredibles) to Hitler. I'm looking for a theme that's entertaining, and has a lot of options! Bonus points if it's relevant to 2016 pop culture!!!
