Problems uncircumcised men face

So I have only topped once and had sex twice and it was weird. When I was topping I didnt really feel good like I do when I masturbate, I just felt very very weird and painful. It was probably because my being uncircumcised has made my dick very very sensitive and I made the stupid mistake on not using lube ( I did use a lube laden condom though). After a while I got soft and couldnt get hard no matter how much I tried but the guy bottoming had already gotten off by then so it wasnt a big deal. The guy even told me I wasnt bad for a first timer which was a big relief. I was just wondering that do all uncircumcised men go through this? Over the summer, I have been pulling my foreskin back a lot more often and my dick is a lot less sensitive now. I just wanted to know when does this super sensitive feeling go away if it goes away at all? I still think that circumcision is BS and child abuse because it has no medical benefits whatsoever but boy do I wish I was circumcised because I have been trying to make this sensitivity go away for almost a year now.
