Custom Arm Sleeves like the ones Universities get, Where to buy?

Howdy, I am wondering if anyone has ever ordered/has any intel on where I could get some (10-12?) Custom arm sleeves, printed to look neat and specific to my cause. They're often seen in sports on football players etc, I commonly see them around here with the university students as they tend to give them away for freshmen.

I live in Western Canada, which is probably the most difficult factor, but does anyone know where I could get some of these made up?
